HoursNot confirmed on the restaurant's own pages fetched 2026-11-05 — its official site publishes a Dinner Menu (no lunch menu was published), but exact daily dinner hours were not captured from its own pages in this pass (the homepage fetch was rate-limited by the fetch service). Re-verify hours on snakeriversaloon.com before showing times; do not substitute third-party hour listings.
Good to knowDINNER-ONLY — the official menu is a Dinner Menu; never pair with lunch. A Kid's Menu is published inside the official dinner menu: The Snake Steak $22, Prime Time $22, Pork Chop Roberto $16, Deep-fried Shrimp $18, Spaghetti and Meatball $13, Pasta $11, Lasagna $18, Chicken Fingers $13, Cheeseburger $16, kids drinks $3. The venue's own description: a Keystone legend since 1975, featuring fine dining, a kid's menu and a bar menu, with live music and dancing on weekends (saloon side — families should use the dining-room side).
Dietary notesThe restaurant's official dinner menu marks items (GF) and (V) and its footer reads '(GF) Gluten Free and/or (V) Vegetarian upon request'; several marked items contain bacon or pancetta, so the marks are the restaurant's own labelling, not an independent guarantee. Pork items are prominent on this menu (pork porterhouse, baby back ribs, pork chop kids item) — pork-free guarantee NOT confirmed.
ReservationsReservations accepted — the resort-published Keystone Village Restaurant Guide lists 'Walk-Ins & Reservations Accepted', phone 970-468-2788; the venue is not bookable on OpenTable per that platform, so call direct. Reservation evidence is the resort guide, not the restaurant's own page — see report.
