Moody Gardens is cashless property-wide and currently accepts credit cards only.

Accessible parking is available in the Central and West Parking Lots and in the Parking Garage; the property has more than 70 accessible parking spaces with curb ramps.

AccessibilityPer Moody Gardens' accessibility information: the entire property is designed to accommodate people with disabilities; all buildings have ramps leading to entrances and all restroom facilities are handicap accessible. Courtesy wheelchairs are available at no charge, first-come first-served, at the Visitor Center and Aquarium Pyramid (Guest Services asks for a driver's license as deposit, returned when the wheelchair is returned; the Holiday FAQ locates courtesy wheelchair checkout at the Ticket Counters). Attractions are wheelchair accessible; theaters feature accessible seats with removable arms and areas for personal wheelchairs, and can provide closed captioning devices on request. Palm Beach has ramps leading into the water at the splashpad, river and wave pool. Service animals are welcome under ADA guidelines EXCEPT in the Rainforest Pyramid, due to free-roaming animals. Pets are not permitted in the attractions.
